How to Install Adobe Flash Player Plugin for Mozilla Firefox in Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat) steps are as follows:

1. Run Applications > Ubuntu Software Center
2. Search for "adobe flash"
3. Click Adobe Flash Plugin 10 or Adobe Flash Installer, then click Install button.
   (If both are shown, choose Adobe Flash Plugin 10)
